Join our Young Brokers Council

Whether you’re on the younger side of the broker channel or you’re a newer addition to it, we’re looking for aspiring, talented insurance brokers to join our YBC Council. Working with the next generation of brokers, our Young Brokers Council is building community and engagement—their collective impact far exceeds the time put in. Check out the role description for details.

Opportunity

• Team Leader located in Southwestern Ontario (Central Erie, London, Middlesex, Oxford, St Thomas, Grey Bruce, Perth Huron, Chatham, Windsor)

Application Process

Interested applicants should email Brett Boadway with the following by June 20, 2025.

• A letter of expressed interest in Team Leader position;

• A letter of reference from your Principal Broker acknowledging the aforementioned financial commitment of your attendance at the annual YBC Conference, and;

• Letters of reference from 4 other brokers in your territory (who work at separate brokerages) which indicate your ability to build relationships locally. These letters do not have to come from a Principal Broker.
